KOMPAS.com – Minister of Primary and Secondary Education (Mendikdasmen) Abdul Mu’ti said that his office has conducted monitoring and evaluation of schools that already have digital interactive boards or Interactive Flat Panels (IFPs). The results show that the Interactive Flat Panels have proven effective in improving students’ learning outcomes in the classroom. This, Mu’ti said, is evidence that President Prabowo Subianto’s education reform program is having a positive impact.
“We conducted monitoring and evaluation of schools that have received the digital panels, and there has already been a significant change in the learning process,” Mu’ti said at SMPN 4 Bekasi City, West Java, Monday (17/11/2025).
Learning becomes more enjoyable, improving outcomes
According to Mu’ti, the presence of the Interactive Flat Panels has made the learning process more joyful, engaging, and effective at improving learning outcomes.
Mu’ti stated that this is proof of the education revolution initiated by President Prabowo Subianto through learning digitalization and the distribution of Interactive Flat Panels.
“Learning becomes joyful, full of enthusiasm, and learning outcomes continue to improve. All of this is evidence of the education revolution laid out by the President,” he said.
Mu’ti added that the distribution of Interactive Flat Panels to schools across Indonesia has now reached 173,000 units.
According to him, this represents 75 percent of the total target of 100 percent for 2025.
“As of 16 November 2025 at 22:00 WIB, a total of 172,550 units have been delivered and are being used in schools and community learning centers (PKBM), with another 43,022 in the delivery process—amounting to 75 percent of the planned 288,865 units,” he explained.
President Prabowo pleased with the wide benefits
On the same occasion, President Prabowo Subianto also expressed his happiness upon hearing that the Interactive Flat Panels have greatly helped many students and teachers in the learning process.
“I am very happy; the benefits are great,” Prabowo said.
According to him, the presence of the Interactive Flat Panels enables equal access to quality education, allowing students and teachers in rural areas to receive the same educational resources.
He added that the distribution of the devices makes this one of the largest education programs in the world, as 173,000 schools have already received them.
“This program is perhaps one of the largest in the world because we were just informed that 173,000 schools have received them,” Prabowo said.
Prabowo also reminded schools to take good care of the Interactive Flat Panels because they belong to the students and to the people.
